I am a composer and sound artist with a background in systems engineering and advanced degrees in music technology, specializing in spatial sound, sound synthesis, and programming. My compositional practice spans intimate solo works to full chamber orchestra pieces, encompassing sound installations, video art, live improvisation, and electronic music.
My work has been presented internationally — from Bucharest and Granada to Mexico City and Stockholm — and engages with concert halls, galleries, virtual reality, and the web equally. I approach each format as its own compositional problem.
I hold a PhD with a dissertation on Compositional Strategies in Spectral Spatialization, and have taught at UC Irvine, UC Riverside, and California State University Northridge.
From 2022–2023, I worked on the sound design for Journey to Foundation, a VR game based on Isaac Asimov's Foundation series. The game has been released for PlayStation VR and Meta Quest. Visit website →

Forthcoming from Springer (expected early 2027). A comprehensive study of spatial sound as an architectural and aesthetic discipline.
Contact me for a PDF copy. The dissertation investigates how spectral composition techniques can be used to structure spatial distribution of sound across multichannel systems, treating timbre and space as unified compositional parameters.
